What issues do you work with?

We support adults, children, adolescents, couples and families facing a wide range of concerns — including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and more.

Where are you based?

Our office is located in Glyfada, Athens. Sessions take place in a warm and calming therapeutic space designed to help you feel safe and at ease.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes — online therapy is available via secure video call for clients who prefer remote support or live outside Athens.

How long is each session?

Individual sessions last 50 minutes, while couple or family sessions may run a bit longer (60–75 minutes depending on need).

What is the cost per session?

What happens in the first session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you here, explore your goals, and decide together how we might move forward. There is no pressure — it’s all about safety and connection.

What approaches do you use in therapy?

Therapy is tailored to each person. we work integratively, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, EFT, DBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy and others. You can learn more on the Therapy Approaches page.

Do you work with children and teenagers?

Yes — we have extensive experience working therapeutically with children and adolescents, offering support for emotional regulation, behavioral issues, anxiety, grief, family transitions and more.

Do you work with parents too?

Absolutely. Parenting support is a key part of our work. We offer both individual guidance and structured Parent Groups, helping parents feel more empowered and connected in their role.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We are fully bilingual and offer therapy in both English and Greek.
